We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, identify potential clients, conduct outbound outreach, and build a consistent sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential clients who require website development, mobile applications, custom software, CRM, ERP, digital marketing, or other IT services.
- Generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp, referrals, and networking.
- Conducting daily outbound calls and messages to prospective clients.
- Understanding the prospective client’s business, requirements, challenges, budget, and expected timeline.
- Introducing WebSolGuru’s services professionally and explaining how our solutions can support the client’s business.
- Scheduling qualified sales meetings, consultations, product demonstrations, or discovery calls.
- Maintaining regular follow-ups with potential clients until the lead is converted or formally closed.
- Updating lead details, communication status, follow-up dates, and meeting notes in the company CRM.
- Coordinating with the management and technical team for project estimations, proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Supporting the preparation and sharing of quotations, proposals, presentations, and service information.
- Building relationships with referral partners, consultants, marketing agencies, freelancers, and other business networks.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Providing regular reports on outreach activities, qualified leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Researching new industries, markets, business categories, and geographical areas for potential expansion.
- Contributing ideas to improve the company’s lead-generation and sales processes.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Excellent command of Hindi.
- Basic to good written and spoken English.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, founders, decision-makers, and corporate representatives.
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and WhatsApp communication.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, software, CRM, ERP, digital marketing, or technology services.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them accurately to the internal team.
- Working knowledge of computers, email, Google Search, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and internet research.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and continue consistent outreach.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about IT services and business automation solutions.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates who have completed Class 12 may also apply if they have excellent communication, confidence, and sales potential.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a serious interest in business development are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, Mass Communication, Marketing, Sales, or related backgrounds will be preferred.

- Number of new prospects identified.
- Number of outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp conversations.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of client meetings scheduled.
- Quality and consistency of follow-ups.
- Accuracy of CRM updates and reporting.
- Number and value of successfully converted projects.
- Contribution toward monthly revenue targets.
