7-Day Return Window

If we fail to deliver the agreed service as promised, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the missed delivery deadline or documented delivery failure. No questions asked.

Website Development

Website development projects usually comprise two components: Web Design and Web Development. Web design includes the initial mockup and layout, while development includes CMS/blog setup, e-commerce, and custom coding.

You are entitled to a 100% refund of any upfront payment if:

  • You are not satisfied with the initial design mockup.
  • We have not started your project or cannot start soon.
  • We are unable to complete the project as per specifications.
  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment.

No refund will be provided if:

  • You approved the design mockup (unless we cannot complete the project).
  • Delays are caused by lack of communication from your side.

We stand behind every service we provide. If WebSolGuru fails to deliver what was agreed upon in writing (project scope, timeline, or feature set), you may request a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the agreed delivery date or the date you identify the delivery failure.
  • The failure is on our end โ€” e.g., we did not deliver the agreed features, missed the deadline without prior notice, or the deliverable does not match the written scope.
  • You have raised the issue with our team and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it first.

Refund requests under this window do not apply if:

  • Delays were caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals from your side.
  • You change the project scope after work has begun.
  • The project was completed but you simply changed your mind.

Hosting, Domains, SSL, and Email

We do not offer refunds for domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, or email services. These are third-party items that must be purchased on your behalf and are non-refundable once ordered.

Third-Party Purchases

Any third-party item or license purchased specifically for your project is non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) paid plugins, themes, APIs, SaaS subscriptions, stock assets, or software licenses.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at our contact page with your project details, the issue you faced, and the date of the delivery failure. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
